Zemizestio LLP presents

Billing that keeps up with your rush hour.

Campus Cafe is POS billing software built two ways: one for college canteens managing student rushes and prepaid balances, and one for cafes and restaurants running tables, KOTs and delivery. Same reliability, built for how each one actually works.

About us

Two counters, one clear idea

Zemizestio LLP built Campus Cafe on a simple observation: a college canteen and a café don't bill the same way. A canteen fights a twelve-minute lunch rush with prepaid student wallets. A café juggles tables, KOTs and delivery apps. Treating both as "one POS system" usually means software that fits neither well — so we built two, each shaped around how that counter actually runs.

  • Built around the counter, not a template. Canteen POS and Café & Restro POS ship as separate products because the problems they solve are genuinely different.
  • Billing that doesn't stop. Offline mode and GST-ready invoicing aren't add-ons — they're the baseline every counter needs.
  • A team you can actually reach. Support means a phone call or a message, not a ticket number.

One brand, two counters

A canteen and a café don't run the same way. Your POS shouldn't either.

Campus Cafe ships as two distinct products, each shaped around the rush, the payment habits and the reporting a college canteen or a café/restaurant actually deals with.

Product 01

Campus Cafe — Canteen POS

Product 01 · Canteens

Campus Cafe Canteen POS

Built for the twelve-minute lunch rush. Students tap in, order, pay from a prepaid balance or UPI, and move on — while your canteen committee gets clean daily numbers.

Offline billing mode — keeps billing when campus Wi-Fi doesn't
Low-stock alerts — canteen staff know before items run out
Committee-ready reports — daily sales & consumption, exportable
GST-compliant receipts — printed or digital, every transaction
Product 02 · Cafés & Restaurants

Campus Cafe Café & Restro POS

Built for tables that turn over, orders that split across dine-in, takeaway and delivery, and a kitchen that needs the ticket before the table needs the food.

Why Campus Cafe

What both products share

Different counters, same foundation — the parts that just have to work, every single time.

01

Offline-first

Billing keeps running through patchy Wi-Fi and syncs the moment you're back online.

02

GST-ready

Every receipt is compliant by default — no separate accounting patchwork.

03

Fast onboarding

Menus, counters and staff logins set up and ready to bill within days, not weeks.

04

Real support

A direct line to the team — call, email or message on Instagram or LinkedIn.

The honest comparison

What changes when you switch from a manual register

Not a sales pitch — just what a counter running on notebooks and a calculator deals with, versus one running on Campus Cafe.

Counter task Manual / basic billing Campus Cafe
Rush-hour billing One order at a time, queue builds up Token & multi-counter billing built for peak lines
Daily totals Manually tallied at closing Live sales dashboard, always current
Network drops Billing stops, or reverts to paper Offline mode keeps billing, syncs later
GST invoices Handled separately by an accountant Generated automatically on every bill
Stock visibility Found out when it runs out Low-stock alerts before service is affected
Getting started

From first call to first bill

01

Tell us your counter

Canteen or café/restaurant, single counter or multi-outlet — we scope the setup around how you actually run service.

02

We set up your menu & staff

Menus, pricing, counters and staff logins are configured for you, with GST and payment methods switched on.

03

Go live and bill

Start billing with support on call for the first week, so the switch-over doesn't slow down service.

Questions

Before you request a demo

They're set up as separate products for separate needs. If you run both a canteen and a café outlet, tell us on the demo call and we'll scope both under one account.

Billing keeps working offline. Once the connection is back, everything syncs to your dashboard automatically — nothing needs to be re-entered.

No. Campus Cafe works for a single canteen counter or a multi-outlet café chain — the setup scales to what you tell us on the demo call.

Pricing depends on your counter count and setup, so we work it out on a call rather than listing a flat number here. Reach out and we'll quote it directly.

Call 93361 54195 directly, or message on Instagram/LinkedIn — you're reaching the Campus Cafe team, not a ticket queue.

Usually not — Campus Cafe is built to work with common receipt printers and billing setups already in use at most canteens and cafés. We confirm compatibility with your existing hardware during the demo call, before anything is finalised.

The billing screen is built to be learned at the counter, not in a classroom. Most staff are comfortable taking orders and billing within a day, and our team stays reachable through the first week of going live in case questions come up.

Yes — your billing and inventory data belongs to your business, not to us. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what's collected and how it's used.
